The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador currently posts the following government-wide information: general access to information requests responded to by government departments and response timelines; Orders in Council; Ministerial Expense Claims; Awarded Tenders; and Cabinet Minister Mandate letters.
Completed Access to Information Requests 
The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act gives the public the right to access information held by government and public bodies. You can access all Departmental responses for formal general access to information requests going back to January 1, 2013.
Orders in Council
An Order in Council is a directive issued by the Lieutenant Governor, on the advice of Cabinet. All Orders in Council take legal effect only when signed by the Lieutenant Governor. Orders in Council dating back to January 1, 2013 are available online.
Ministerial Expense Claims
Travel and hospitality expense reports for Ministers detail how public money is spent by Ministers for travel on government business.
Awarded Tenders
A list of tenders that have been awarded through the Public Tender process. Tenders listed were awarded by the Government Purchasing Agency, and by Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Requests for information under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act must be responded to within specific timelines.
Cabinet Minister Mandate Letters
As directed by the Premier, Ministers' mandate letters outline the key priorities for government departments and agencies and provide guidance to Cabinet Ministers for addressing these priorities. All mandate letters for current Cabinet Ministers are available online.
